Our story

Tracy Falcon, our owner, has always thought of herself as a savory cook and not a baker. Then the Spring of 2020 happened. As with most of the world, she found herself with extra time on her hands and started baking. And never stopped.

Before long, Tracy discovered that her passion for baking greatly outweighed her passion for her profession of 28 years . . student housing at a University. With the amazing support of her husband, she decided to quit her job, move four hours away, and finally go to culinary school . . a dream of hers for as long as she can remember.

She is dedicated to providing desserts and treats to her customers that are made with quality ingredients and taste amazing.
